I am a postdoctoral research associate working with Craig Brodersen in the School of Forestry and Environmental Studies at Yale University. We are collaborating with Brett Huggett (Bates College) to study the structure and function of tree xylem networks in the northeastern US.
In 2016, I completed my PhD in Martin Dovciak’s Plant Ecology Lab at SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry. I studied climatic controls of vegetation in the Northern Forest (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and New York). My dissertation work focused on tree responses to multiple global environmental changes including climate, acid rain, and land-use change.
